Do you provide financial assistance?

JDI does not offer internal financing. However, if you’re applying for a loan from a lending institution, your Regional Director can assist by addressing any lender inquiries related to JDI.

How much are royalties and advertising fees?

JDI royalties are 13% of gross revenue, and our advertising fee is 2% of gross revenue.

How are my accounts billed and collected?

JDI, through its National Support Centre or Regional Office, directly bills and collects all contract receivables. This ensures on-time billing, efficient collection, and improved cash flow, keeping your records up to date.

Is prior experience necessary?

Not at all. The only requirements we have are a strong work ethic, customer service orientation, and a genuine desire to succeed.

What are the traits of a successful franchise owner?

Is the system you have in place turnkey?

Do I purchase supplies from you?

No, JDI has negotiated preferred pricing with local suppliers, allowing you to buy with confidence.

Do I need a van or a truck to operate this business?

While a van or truck is recommended for your business operations, a reliable mid-size car can also accommodate the equipment needed.

How do I apply?

What are the next steps to owning a JDI Cleaning Services local franchise?
  1. Provide your Completed Franchise Application to JDI for Acceptance
  2. Review and Electronically Sign the JDI Confidentiality Agreement (CA)
  3. Review and Electronically Sign the JDI Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD)
  4. Complete the JDI Local Franchise Owner Onboarding Checklist
  5. Provide Corporation Details to JDI (two weeks before training)
  6. Provide Payment in Full to JDI (must be 14 days after the FDD is signed)
  7. Electronically Sign your JDI Franchise Agreement
  8. Attend the next JDI Local Franchise Training Week
